Rollcage 1

1) The Anti-homing missile. This trick works well for both Rollcage, and Rollcage stage II. When you are in first place and a homing missile is coming for you, you can stop it using either a Driller missile or sometimes a normal missile. Wait until the homing missile has just passed in front of you, and then as it comes back to hit you, fire a driller missile to destroy it. This trick takes a bit of practice, but is very useful.

2) Missile Dodging. Not a particularly clever trick, but when someone is about to fire a regular missile at you drive as close to the wall as you can, and it might just miss you. (May also work with homing missiles). Also driving on ceilings will also help other weapons to miss you.

3) Check Your Back. This is an aspect of the game that many ppl overlook: You are able to use a mirror, or look back, by setting configuring your controls. Personally, I find the mirror annoying and prefer a quick glace behind on fullscreen. Either way, this gives you an advantage when in the lead because you are able to dodge missiles far more easily and always know how close your opponent is.

4) Jump Start Hard to describe. When you start the race, make sure you hit the accelerator as soon as the count down stops. This trick is all about practice, once you know exactly when to hit the accelerator, it will enable you to get the best possible start.

5) Missile turnaround: Send a wormhole on a guy in front of you; just before it teleports him, aim a simple missile. It will follow his teleport, turning around, passing straight over you and hitting him.

6) Radius Bomb/Turbo: Fire a leader seeker and a wormhole at the same time. Big bang, high speed.

7) Uncontrolled Blast Turbo:
a) At the second G-Force curve (after chimneys area), drive up the wall to your left, launching a ls and a simple in quick succession.
b) Contact, almost immediately after passing the start/finish line, fire missile upon hitting the track boundary forcefield.
c) Flood Zone, fire one or two missiles after the 90-degree turn, just before hitting the flooded area.
